Osage County Law Enforcement Center

Osage Law EnforcementOsage Law Enforcement

Project Background and Priorities

Goldberg Group Architects was hired to evaluate Osage County’s existing law enforcement facilities across two locations, both of which were severely outdated and inadequate for occupancy.

Solution

GGA worked with the Sheriff, County Commission, and a group of citizens to design a modern facility that is functional, efficient, and secure.

The new Osage County Law Enforcement Center will house a 122-bed jail, jail administration, the Sheriff’s Offices, and ancillary functions in 32,636 square feet.

The project is publicly funded through revenue bonds generated by housing detainees for other jurisdictions. Cutting-edge technology enhances the facility’s operational capabilities, while also ensuring the safety and security of both staff and detainees.

Overall, the project aims to improve the quality of law enforcement services provided to the public. GGA is committed to delivering a high-quality facility that meets the needs of the community and its residents.
