Thrivent Financial Building
St. Joseph, Missouri
The renovation and expansion of their small office, created office space for Thrivent, as well as improving and expanding leasable space. Two wings were added, the entire building was updated and re-faced for a coordinated exterior, and the roofline was renovated. GGA worked closely with the owner on interior finishes to achieve an effective use of office space while promoting a sense of success, calm and privacy.
