Project Background and Priorities
Steel Cell of North America needed a state-of-the-art plant with enough capacity to meet future needs. GGA worked closely with corporate staff to develop cost-effective plans for a new 112,500-square-foot manufacturing facility, with corporate offices housed next door. GGA helped Steel Cell meet rigorous construction schedules and budgeting constraints while incorporating this industry’s highest standards for modular cell assembly and testing. The entire project was completed in nine months with $70,000 left in unused construction funds.
