Project Background and Priorities
The City of St. Joseph’s Health Department was in major need of a refresh inside the historic Patee Market Building, which was built in 1909. GGA performed cosmetic improvements throughout the second floor Health Department offices and renovated the first-floor Social Welfare Board and WIC offices, exam rooms, reception, and waiting room. New flooring, casework, paint, wall covering, and design accents all helped to revive this notable structure.
