Brownsberger Professional Building

This building addition to the Beck Road Complex includes a dental clinic and space for two to three additional tenants. Optimizing a sloping site, GGA designed a commercially viable lower level space off the rear parking backed by a wooded area, while upper level offices face the front of the site. GGA used a residential scale with warm red brick and buff split-face block. Carefully placed plumbing cores maintain tenant layout flexibility.
