This massive development is positioned in the crux of intersecting highways in Saint Joseph, Missouri. The site was originally intended for light industrial use but the developer wanted to study a mixed use project that would capitalize on the excellent location and accessibility. GGA balanced the limits of the site with the needs of the client to create a unique and dynamic lifestyle center that would attract all walks of life.
