Steel Cell of North America, badly needed a state-of-the-art plant with sufficient capacity to meet future needs. GGA worked closely with corporate staff to develop cost effective plans for a new 112,500 sq. ft. manufacturing facility as well as corporate offices, to be housed separately next door. GGA helped Steel Cell meet rigorous construction schedules and budgeting constraints while incorporating this industry’s highest standards for modular cell assembly and testing. The overall project was completed in nine months with $70,000 left in unused construction funds.
