Due to their rapid growth in the security electronics industry, Accurate Controls, Inc., quickly outgrew their previous facility, which was renovated and expanded by GGA in 2009. Accurate Controls purchased Ripon’s original cookie factory just a few blocks from the previous office, looking to complete another expansion.  Renovating over 55,000 square feet of this facility now, additional space for a future expansion is also available if needed. The project includes a new reception area, administrative offices, management offices, an area for the service group, space for the engineering and production staff, offices for production and assembly and open area for product testing.
