The bank located to the southwest of this property planned to sell the remainder of the site for other commercial businesses. GGA worked with the real estate agent to develop this concept which included medical facilities, office spaces and a retail building. The exterior architecture took its cues from the established bank building to complete a coordinated office park setting.
