Our quality technical documents facilitate the bidding process.  GGA architects meet with interested contractors to answer questions about documents prior to bidding.  Once bids are received we sit down with the owner and contractors to review all bids for completeness.  The owner is then able to make an informed decision when selecting a contractor.  Documents have incorporated required building codes and standards, Goldberg Group Architects which expedites the process of obtaining necessary building permits and approvals from applicable agencies.

During construction, your vision becomes a reality, and GGA monitors the process to assure that what you want is what you get.  GGA accomplishes this through regular site visits, coordination meetings and discussion between the construction staff and the owner. GGA will develop a working relationship with the principal contractors and subcontractors collaborating to address construction issues as they arise.  We respond quickly to the inevitable questions and clarification requests that come from the field to keep construction on schedule.

The scope of our services can range from basic material and finish schedules to full on specifications, drawings, details, and renderings.

As construction is completed, Goldberg Group Architects brings together owners and contractors to educate the owner of use and maintenance of the building and its equipment.  Once a new facility has been occupied, GGA assists in evaluating how the new facility functions and if adjustments are required.
