SOLUTION  GGA was able to put together a new 80-bed law enforcement facility plan which incorporated a pre-engineered building to achieve a construction budget 20% to 30% less than comparative facilities built with traditional building technologies . The secure, highly efficient, radial-podular layout provided for increased operating efficiency.   These factors, combined with historically low-interest rates, helped the County avoid a tax increase.
