BECK ROAD PROFESSIONAL COMPLEX
Saint Joseph, MO

Goldberg Group Architects had several opportunities to design professional buildings along St. Joseph’s commercial Beck Road.  The Real Estate office and two Dental offices share many of the the same exterior components such as the brick and cut block, columns and metal roofs.

REECE-NICHOLS-IDE CAPITAL BUILDING
St. Joseph, MO

This elegant two-level executive center became the second of three GGA-designed buildings on this site in northeast St. Joseph. The 10,500 square foot building sits on the east side of the site, while a professional building containing three dental offices, also designed by GGA, sits on the north.

Brownsburger EDUsing an updated palette of traditional design materials such as red brick, hipped metal roofs, cast stone arches and large casement windows, GGA was able to develop an exceptionally distinctive executive environment which has been called “one of the most beautiful office spaces in the region.”

As visitors enter the main lobby, they experience the warmth of cove lighting, built-in cherry workstations and a vaulted two-story sky lighted space, punctuated by over sized neoclassical columns. Throughout the building, concealed projection screens and fiber-optic systems support state-of-the-art business functions.

BROWNSBERGER PROFESSIONAL BUILDING
St. Joseph, MO

This prominent dentist with a growing practice in the St. Joseph area retained GGA to design new offices, including his clinic and space for two to three additional tenants. Optimizing a sloping site, GGA designed a commercially viable lower level space facing parking to the rear, while upper level offices face the front of the site.

GGA used a residential scale with warm red brick and buff split-face block.  Carefully placed plumbing cores maintain tenant layout flexibility. Missouri-American Water Company and Lisa Goin, D.D.S. chose this location for their offices, both retaining GGA to design their suites. The Brownsberger building is the third GGA-designed building in this development near the intersection of Beck and Woodbine Roads.
